CHICKEN POCKETS 
3 oz. cream cheese
3 tbsp. melted butter
2 c. chicken, cooked & cubed
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
3/4 c. crushed seasoned croutons

Blend cheese and butter until smooth. Add chicken, salt, pepper, milk and onion. Separate dough into 4 squares. Put 1/2 cup chicken in mounds and bring 4 corners together and pinch. Brush with melted butter and roll in croutons. Place on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
