RAW APPLE CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
3 c. chopped apples
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/4 c. oil
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. vanilla

Sift dry ingredients. Add apples and nuts. Combine remaining ingredients and add to apple mixture. Do not use electric mixer. Pour into greased and floured tube or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Top with glaze.

GLAZE:

1 to 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring ingredients to a full boil and pour over top of warm cake.
