1 c. peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg and add all other ingredients and blend well. Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Print with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Wait for cookies to cool before removing from pan. (This recipe is very simple - suitable for youngsters to make).
