CASHEW CHICKEN 
1 pkg. chicken breast strips
3 c. water
5 chicken bouillon cubes
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. cashews, slivered
3 chopped green onions & sauteed in olive oil or cooking oil
1 chopped green pepper

Saute onion and peppers; set aside. Deep fry chicken. Cut into 1 inch pieces. In large saucepan; boil water and bouillon cubes. Stir in sugar and cornstarch. Add soy sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add sauteed onions and peppers and soy sauce; cook for 1-2 minutes. Pour this mixture over chicken and sprinkle cashew on top. Makes 3-4 servings.
