OLD FASHIONED BREAD STUFFING 
2 lg. onions, chopped
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. butter

Saute onions and celery in butter, then add: 1 1/2 c. water 2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. poultry seasoning 1 1/2 tbsp. parsley

Mix well. Add more water if needed. If desired bake stuffing in covered dish for last of roasting with turkey. Serves 12.
