IRISH POTATOES 
1/2 lb. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. coconut
1 1/3 tsp. vanilla
2 (1 lb.) boxes confectioners' sugar
Cinnamon

Soften butter and cream cheese. Cream butter and cheese well. Add vanilla. Fold in coconut. Knead in sugar, half at a time. Refrigerate several hours or overnight, covered. Shape into small balls and roll cinnamon to coat. Store in refrigerator.
