ZUCCHINI LASAGNA 
1 lb. thinly sliced zucchini
1 lg. jar thick spaghetti sauce
4 oz. pkg. ricotta cheese
1 lb. shredded Provolone cheese
1 lb. shredded Parmesan cheese
1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano

Layer, alternating ingredients, beginning with zucchini and ending with shredded cheese. Bake in greased lasagne pan at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
