AN EASY OMELET 
16 slices of bread
1 tsp. dry mustard
8 slices Cracker Barrel cheese, sharp
3 c. milk
8 slices of thin ham or spam in cooked bacon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. corn flake crumbs mixed with 1/2 c. melted butter

Line 9 x 12 inch pan with 8 slices of bread. Add layer of ham and cheese, top with remaining 8 slices of bread. Beat eggs and milk and add mustard and start. Pour egg mixture over and around bread. Refrigerate overnight or at least 5 hours. Add corn flake crumbs mixed with butter on top and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
