CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. shortbread cookie crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
3/4 c. cookie crumbs
1 tbsp. butter
Powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cookie crumbs and butter. Press firmly on the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

Beat in eggs, then sour cream and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50-55 minutes or until lightly browned around the edge. Center will be slightly soft. Cool. Top with 3/4 cup cookie crumbs, 1 tablespoon butter and powdered sugar. chill.
