LEMON ICE BOX PIE | |
1 can condensed milk 2 lg. egg yolks Juice of 4 to 5 lemons (depending on tartness of lemons Grated rind from 1 lemon CRUST: 1 1/2 pkg. graham crackers, finely crushed 1/4 c. butter, softened 1 tbsp. sugar Mix crust ingredients. Use your hands. Pat into an 8 inch pie pan to form bottom and sides. Put into microwave for 3 minutes on high. Remove and cool. Mix filling ingredients. Blend well. Mixture will thicken. Pour into pie crust and chill. Can be topped with meringue or served with your favorite fruit topping. |
