BAKED HAY 
3 tsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. turmeric
15 med. or lg. Vidalia onions
3 bell peppers (4 little ones)
3 lg. cabbage
8 c. sugar
2 hot pepper (optional)
3 pts. vinegar
4 tbsp. salt (non iodine)

Shred all ingredients. Cook 20-25 minutes. Seal. Makes about 12 pints.
