LEMON WHIPPER SNAPS 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines lemon cake mix
2 c. Cool Whip
1 egg
1/2 c. powdered sugar

With wire whisk, beat egg. Add to the Cool Whip and mix well. Next add to the cake mix mixture; then mix well. Batter will be very stiff. Drop by teaspoonfuls into the powdered sugar. Roll to coat evenly. Place about 1 1/2 inches apart onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Makes about 4 dozen.
