PACIFIC LIME MOLD 
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. lime gelatin
9 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 c. creamy cottage cheese
1 tsp. horseradish
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Dissolve gelatin in water. Add juice from pineapple. Chill until slightly thickened. Beat until frothy. Fold in remaining ingredients. Chill until set. 6 servings.
