1 Duncan Hines yellow butter cake mix
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
8 oz. sour cream
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
3 eggs
1 pkg. Baker's German sweet chocolate, shaved
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased bundt cake pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Good with a Chocolate Glaze poured over it.

CHOCOLATE GLAZE:

1 block (1 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
1 tbsp. unsalted butter
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1-2 tbsp. boiling water

In small saucepan, melt chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in powdered sugar and vanilla, stirring until mixture has crumbly texture. Blend in enough boiling water to form glaze of spreading consistency.
