1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter, creamy style
1 stick butter
1 box Crispix cereal
1 box confectioners' sugar

Melt the chocolate, peanut butter and butter together over low heat in a large (soup type) pot. Take pot off of heat and stir in the box of cereal. Put 1 3/4 cups of powdered sugar into a brown paper bag (grocery bag) and add the cereal mixture. Shake well. Put the rest of the sugar into the bag and shake well again. Spread on waxed paper.
