SAUERKRAUT RELISH 
1 lg. can kraut
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
3 c. boiling water
1 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. oil

Boil kraut and water in saucepan for 15 minutes. Drain and cool. Snip kraut and add celery and green pepper.

Bring vinegar, oil and sugar to boil. Let cool and pour over kraut, celery and green peppers. Refrigerate. This is excellent with ham.
