STRAWBERRY PIZZA 
Filling:

8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip

Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread this mixture over cooled pie crust.

Glaze:

1 pt. mashed strawberries
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. water

Mix well and cook until thick. Add almond or vanilla extract, if desired. Cool this mixture and spread over cream cheese mixture.

Arrange 1 pint of strawberries on top of pizza for presentation.

Crust:

2 tbsp. sugar

Mix together and press into pizza pan.

Bake in 350°F oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool.
