CHICKEN TETRAZZINI (WW) 
4 oz. cooked chicken, cubed or chopped
4 oz. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. sliced, drained mushrooms
1/2 c. skim milk
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. cooked spaghetti

Slightly cook onion in butter in skillet. Stir in flour and Velveeta cheese and cook on low until melted smooth. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Pour in a casserole dish (sprayed with Pam). Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Makes about 4 servings.
