1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter, Crisco and peanut butter together. Add sugars gradually and cream thoroughly. Add well beaten eggs, sift flour before measuring. Sift flour, soda and salt together and add to creamed mixture. Form in balls and place on greased cookie sheets and flatten with fork dipped in flour. Bake 10-12 minutes at 375 degrees.
