LOW FAT TURKEY LOAF 
1 lb. ground turkey breast
1 egg white
1/2 c. oat bran
3 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
1/2 green pepper, minced
3 slices onion, minced
2 tbsp. chopped, green olives
1 lg. garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. marjoram

Mix turkey, egg white, oat bran, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, green pepper, onion, green olives, garlic, sage, black pepper, celery salt, and marjoram together and form into a loaf. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degree. Don't over cook. Meat thermometer, if used, should register 170 degrees.
