APPLE CRUMB PIE 
4 to 6 apples, sliced
1 uncooked pie shell
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar

Pile sliced apples into uncooked pie shell. Pour lemon juice over top. Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon and pour over pie. Make crumbs of flour, butter and sugar and distribute evenly over top of pie. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes and then at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
