CHEESE BROILED TOMATOES | |
2 med. tomatoes 1 tbsp. chopped green onions or chives 1 tsp. chopped parsley 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese Cut tomatoes in half and arrange cut side up on broiler pan or shallow pan. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Broil 3 to 5 inches from heat for 5 minutes or until heated through and cheese is golden brown. Serve immediately. Serves 4, 20 calories per serving. |
