RHUBARB PIE 
3 c. cut up rhubarb, either fresh or frozen
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Pinch of salt

PIE CRUST:

This makes 3 crusts. 1 3/4 c. shortening Pinch of salt

Beat an egg; add water to egg until you have 1/2 cup. 1 tablespoon vinegar; add to dry ingredients that have been cut together. This is from a school lunch program.
