CRAB SOUP 
4 tbsp. butter
1 qt. Half & Half
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can split pea and ham soup
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. seafood seasoning
1 lb. imitation crab, flaked
Dash of Madeira or sherry

Melt butter in soup pot and add Half & Half, soups, and seasonings. Heat and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Add crab and Madeira or sherry. Remove bay leaf, heat to serving temperature and serve.
