STAN'S BEEF TIDBITS | |
3 lbs. Sirloin Tip (cut into strips 1 1/2 x 1/2-inch) 6 Lg Green Peppers Diced 3 Onions Diced 1/2 lb. Mushrooms Sliced 1 1/2 tsp. Salt 1/2 tsp. Pepper 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder 1/2 cup Burgundy Wine 1 qt. Water 2 tbsp. Salad Oil 2 tbsp. Cornstarch 6 tbsp. Water (mix cornstarch with water, set aside) Heat skillet, sauté meat in salad oil unit brown. Add peppers, onions, mushrooms, water, burgundy and all seasonings. Cook over medium heat 15-20 minutes. If more seasoning is needed add 1 tsp. Lawry's Season Salt. Add cornstarch mix to thicken. Serve over cooked rice. Serves 6. |
