PEARL TAPIOCA 
1 c. pearl tapioca
2 1/2 c. brown sugar
5 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped nuts
5 drops walnut flavoring

Soak tapioca and sugar in the water overnight. Next day, simmer on low heat for 3 hours or until tapioca is transparent. Cool. Add pineapple, nuts and flavoring. Mix well. Chill and serve.
