BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak, trimmed
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. oil
1 can mushrooms, 4 oz. undrained
1 c. plain lowfat yogurt or sour cream
1 cube beef bouillon

Slice beef thin. Mix flour and paprika and shake beef strips in it to coat. Brown beef, onion and garlic in oil over high heat to brown. Stir in mushrooms, yogurt and bouillon cube. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 12-15 minutes. Serve over noodles or macaroni ribbons. Makes 4 servings (about 4 cups).
