MUSTARD FRUIT RING 
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 c. pitted prunes (optional)
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 med. bananas, cut into 1 inch slices

Combine first 3 ingredients in a lightly greased 8 inch square baking dish. Combine brown sugar, butter and mustard in a small saucepan; cook over low heat until butter melts, stirring constantly.

Pour mixture over fruit. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Stir in bananas and bake an additional 5 minutes. Serve immediately. Yield 6 to 8 servings.
