NACHO BEAN DIP 
2 cans Old El Paso refried beans
1 bunch green onions
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. mustard
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, finely grated
(Can use 1 c. Cheddar & 1 c. Monterey Jack)

In large bowl, mix all ingredients together but only using 1 cup cheese. Transfer to casserole dish. Spread remaining cup of cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with nachos. If mixture seems dry when mixing, more Worcestershire sauce or/and mustard may be added.
