COWPEA SOUP 
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans purple hull peas
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans water
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (15 oz.) can water
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) can water
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. beef bouillon granules
1 tsp. black pepper
2 cloves chopped garlic

Place all ingredients in a large sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for one hour.
