FRENCH BEAN CASSEROLE | |
3 tbsp. melted butter 3/4 c. corn flakes 2 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. grated onion 1 c. sour cream 1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese 2 pkg. frozen French beans Cook French beans until tender, then drain. Combine butter and flour, cook 1 minute, stir in seasoning, grated onion and sour cream. Fold beans into mixture. Pour into 9x13 inch casserole and cover completely with the grated cheese. Crumble corn flakes into 1 tablespoon melted butter and spread over cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour. |
