WINTER VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. mayonnaise

Mix and pour in a greased casserole dish. Top with crushed crackers mixed with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
