BROCCOLI QUICHE | |
1 9" pastry shell 4 slices beef bacon, chopped 1 med. onion, chopped 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained 1 c. (4 oz.) Cheddar cheese 3 lg. eggs, beaten 1 3/4 c. half & half 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg 6 broccoli spears, cooked Saute onion in bacon drippings until tender. Sprinkle bacon, onion, mushrooms, broccoli and Cheddar cheese into pastry shell. Combine eggs, half & half, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg in one bowl. Mix well. Then pour in pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until filling is set. |
