MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. pkg. mixed vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, water chestnuts, broccoli)
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery
1 med. onion
1/2 stick butter
1 tube crackers, crumbed
1 sm. can corn

Cook vegetables according to directions on package. Mix cheese and mayonnaise, onions and celery in 1/2 stick butter. Pour all vegetables on top. Put in buttered casserole. Saute crackers in 1 stick of butter. (Can cut down on crackers.) Bake at 350 degrees in 13"x9"" casserole for 20 to 30 minutes.
