K C SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 lb. hamburger
3 slices bacon
2 patties sausage
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/4 c. diced onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp. oregano
1 c. Mozzarella & cheddar cheese
32 oz. can tomato sauce
18 oz. can tomato paste
1 (14 oz.) can mushrooms
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. beer
Salt & Pepper to taste

Throw all non-meat ingredients into crock pot except cheese and beer. Cook on low setting 1 hour. Cook up meat and toss into the crock pot. Break up bacon and sausage first. Cook 1 hour on low. Add cheese and beer and cook on high for 1 more hour. Serves 6 to 10.

If you don't want to watch over it, throw it all together and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
