TREASURE ISLAND CHICKEN 
5 lb. stewing chicken or equivalent
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 c. milk
2 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 c. mayonnaise

Cook and remove chicken from bones. Save the broth. Combine remaining ingredients for sauce. Prepare 2 packages frozen broccoli, or asparagus until almost done. Arrange in bottom of open casserole. Cover with layer of chicken. Pour sauce over all. Bake only long enough to thoroughly heat through at 325 degrees. Serves 8.
