CHEESE AND HAM ROLLS | |
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated 1 c. cooked, ground ham 3/4 c. tomato sauce 4 tsp. chopped green pepper 8 stuffed olives, chopped 1 tsp. celery seed 3 drops Tabasco sauce 1 lg. onion, chopped Cut the tops off of French rolls and hollow out centers. Mix all of the ingredients and fill the rolls with this mixture. Heat in a moderate, 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes. This mixture will fill about 12 large or 24 small French rolls. Or, put the mixture on bread toasted on one side and place under the broiler until the cheese melts. |
