PINEAPPLE ROUNDS 
1 can sliced pineapple
2 tbsp. grated American cheese
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. toasted bread crumbs
Dash of salt & pepper
White of egg, stiffly beaten
Toasted bread (cut the same size as pineapple slices)

Drain can of pineapple and set aside. Add remaining ingredients (except for egg white). Now, add the slightly beaten egg white. Mix lightly. Put pineapple on top of toasted bread. Then pile the mixture on top of the pineapple. Put under the broiler until golden. (1 can of sliced pineapples makes about 6.)
