EASY CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
1/2 c. butter, cut in pieces
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
3 c. (16 oz.) cut up cooked chicken or turkey
1 (10 oz. pkg.) frozen mixed vegetables
1/4 tsp. thyme leaves (optional)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Make Stove Top Stuffing mix with 1/2 cup butter and 1 1/2 cups hot water. Pre-cook frozen vegetables. Mix soup, milk, meat, vegetables and thyme and place in a 2 quart baking dish. Cover with stuffing mixture. Bake for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
