COPLEY PLAZA RELISH 
2 lbs. ripe tomatoes
2 lbs. green tomatoes
5 onions
3 red peppers (no seeds)
2 green peppers (not seeds)
1 hot pepper (no seeds)
1/2 pt. Heinz vinegar
1 lb. sugar

Put first six ingredients through meat chopper or chop in blender. Cover green tomatoes with 1/2 cup salt. Let stand 12 hours; drain. Cook all together 1 hour. Seal in jars while hot.
