SUMMER GARDEN SOUP 
2 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. cold water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Dash white pepper
2 c. peeled, seeded & diced cucumber
1/2 c. diced radish
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 c. shredded lettuce
1/2 c. diced zucchini
2 tbsp. snipped parsley

In a large bowl, stir yogurt until creamy. Blend in water, salt, dill weed, garlic powder and white pepper. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate about 1 hour before serving. Serves six.
