COTTAGE CHEESE LOAF 
4 eggs or egg beaters
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 1/2 slices crumbled bread
1 c. skim milk
1/4 c. non-fat dry milk
1 1/4 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. salt

Mix together all ingredients. Bake in butter loaf pan at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Yield: 8 servings.
