QUICK PEACH PIE 
Place 1 to 2 1/2 cans peaches, 1 cup sugar and other spices (to your taste) in pan and bring to boil. Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Mix:

1 c. flour
Dash of salt
1 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar

Mix well. Put 4 tablespoons butter into baking dish and melt. Then add batter mix. Put in peaches by spoonsful on top of batter. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake 20 to 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
