STUFFED BELL PEPPERS 
6 med. sized bell peppers
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. ground beef
4 slices bread, soaked in water
2 strips bacon, fried and chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 med. sized onion, minced

Brown beef in oil. Add minced onion, celery, bacon, salt, and pepper to taste. Cook 10 minutes. Add bread and simmer 30 minutes. When cooked, stuff into cleaned peppers; sprinkle top with bread crumbs and a bit of butter.

Place in baking pan in small amount of water and bake in 450 degree oven until peppers are done.
