CONGEALED SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. grated cabbage
1 c. mixed green and pimento pepper
1 sm. bottle sliced green olives
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Dash of salt

I leave off green pepper.

Prepare Jello according to package directions. Add remaining ingredients and chill. Serve with any dressing. (I add an envelope of plain gelatin to be sure it congeals.)
