1 3/4 c. flour
2 eggs
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. Crisco
6 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk

Mix and sift dry ingredients, add milk, eggs, shortening and cocoa. Cook in waffle iron.

Serve with vanilla ice cream, whipped topping or fruit.
