CODFISH CAKES 
1 lb. salted codfish
3 eggs
1 pt. cow's milk
2 stalks scallions
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Boil codfish and put to soak. After soaking, put codfish, eggs, milk, scallions in a food processor and chop.

In a bowl put together flour, baking powder and black pepper. Add the chopped codfish; mix well until smooth. Fry in deep fat.
