SOUR DOUGH 
5 c. self rising flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. Wesson oil
2 pkgs. dry yeast
3 tsp. sugar
2 c. buttermilk
1 c. warm water

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix all other ingredients. Add yeast mixture. Put in gallon jar and store in refrigerator. Will keep for 3 weeks.

Use to make biscuits, dinner rolls, or cinnamon rolls.
