FRESH FRUIT SALAD 
2 unpeeled sweet apples
2 bananas
2 peeled oranges
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. Greenridge apple cider

Cut fruit into bite size pieces; combine sugar, cornstarch and apple cider in a saucepan. Cook until thickened. Cool and mix with fruits.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
