ZUCCHINI LASAGNE 
2 zucchini squash
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 med. onions
1 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 cube butter
1 tbsp. flour

Melt butter in frying pan. Saute thinly sliced onions in butter. Add tomato sauce, onion, salt, oregano and flour; mix well. In casserole dish, slice layer of squash thinly; layer of squash thinly, layer of mixture; layer of cheese, cut in 1 inch strips. Repeat layers with cheese on top. Sprinkle with Salad Supreme. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
